Most people seem to have heard about it, without actually seeing it. Our garage boasts Poland’s only one Cygnet, one of around 300 ever made. The point was to make it practical for Aston Martin owners not to part with their beloved brand while driving in cities. A legend says a Cygnet was added free on the purchase of each One-77, Aston Martin’s hypercar. Strangely, it never became James Bond’s car, despite being up to the job with its refinement and class. It is like fine jewellery with its details hand-crafted in aluminium, ceiling lining in Alcantara. Fine leather and fancy stitchings so peculiar to Aston Martin make it the opposite of bland humdrum of today’s car market. These days, collectors’ eyes begin to lurk for them. Why shan’t we?
