Special requests or notes (airport pickup time, dietary needs, restrictions, etc.)
and I accept the following Order Terms:
The organizer of the Event is EJ207 sp. z o.o., ul. Świeradowska 47, 02-662, Warsaw (hereinafter: the Organizer) on behalf of DOHC VTEK s.r.o.
I accept the General Terms and Conditions of the Organizer’s Event Liability Insurance and consent to be covered by the Organizer’s insurance policy No. 1064430016.
Participation reservation requires payment of the Participation Fee:
- 20% of the Participation Fee (excluding cars) – payable immediately after placing the Order;
- 30% of the Participation Fee (excluding cars) – payable 90 days before the Event date;
- 50% of the Participation Fee (excluding cars) – payable 30 days before the Event date.
The above payments will be deducted from my points account or settled via a separate VAT invoice in accordance with the above instruction.
Failure to pay the Participation Fee or part of it within the above deadlines means cancellation of participation in the Event.
Cancellation of participation in the Event means:
- loss of any granted preferential participation terms
- loss of payments already made towards the Participation Fee
The data controller is DOHC VTEK s.r.o., based in the Czech Republic, 28. října 2663/150, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic. Providing data is voluntary, and the data subject has the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, delete data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority. The basis for processing the personal data provided in this form is voluntary consent, without which it is not possible to place the Order.
