and I accept the following Terms of Order:

The Event Organizer is EJ207 sp. z o.o., ul. Świeradowska 47, 02-662, Warsaw (hereinafter: Organizer), commissioned by DOHC VTEK s.r.o.
I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Event Liability Insurance and consent to being covered by the Organizer’s insurance policy no. 1064430016.
Reservation of participation involves payment of the Participation Fee:
- 20% of the Participation Fee (excluding cars) – payable immediately upon placing the Order;
- 30% of the Participation Fee (excluding cars) – payable 90 days before the Event;
- 50% of the Participation Fee (excluding cars) – payable 30 days before the Event.
The above payments will be deducted from my points account or settled via a separate VAT invoice according to the instructions above.
Failure to pay the Participation Fee or part thereof by the above deadlines will result in cancellation of participation in the Event.
Cancellation of participation in the Event means:
- loss of all previously granted preferential participation conditions;
- forfeiture of any payments already made.
The personal data administrator is DOHC VTEK s.r.o., based in the Czech Republic, 28. října 2663/150, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic.
Providing data is voluntary, and the data subject has the right to access, rectify, limit processing, delete data, object to processing, and file a complaint with the data protection authority.
The legal basis for processing personal data provided in this form is voluntary consent, without which it is not possible to place the Order.
