The Event is organized by EJ207 sp. z o.o., ul. Świeradowska 47, 02-662 Warsaw (hereinafter: the Organizer) on behalf of DOHC VTEK s.r.o. (Supercar Club Group).
I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Event Liability Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance (NNW) and consent to being covered by the Organizer’s insurance policy.
Participation booking requires payment of the Participation Fee according to the following schedule:
• 10% of the Participation Fee – immediately after placing the Order;
• 30% of the Participation Fee – 90 days before the Event date;
• 60% of the Participation Fee – 30 days before the Event date.
The above payments will be charged from my points account or settled based on a separate VAT invoice in accordance with my selected payment method above. Failure to pay the Participation Fee or any part thereof within the indicated deadlines shall result in cancellation of participation in the Event. Cancellation results in the loss of all preferential participation conditions and forfeiture of any amounts already paid.
In the event of changes in market prices or in the scope of the Event, the Organizer reserves the right to change the price. If the price increases by more than 12%, the Participant has the right to withdraw from participation free of charge within 3 days of being informed about the new price (any amounts paid will be refunded). If no new price is announced no later than 14 days before the Event date, the original price shall apply.
