and I accept the following terms and conditions of the Order:
The Event Organizer is EJ207 sp. z o.o., ul. Świeradowska 47, 02-662, Warsaw (hereinafter: the Organizer), acting on behalf of DOHC VTEK s.r.o.
I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Event Liability Insurance and agree to be covered by the Organizer's insurance policy no. 1064430016.
Reserving participation requires payment of the Participation Fee as follows:
- 20% of the Participation Fee (excluding vehicles) – payable immediately after placing the Order;
- 30% of the Participation Fee (excluding vehicles) – payable 90 days before the Event date;
- 50% of the Participation Fee (excluding vehicles) – payable 30 days before the Event date.
The above payment will be deducted from my points account or settled based on a separate VAT invoice in accordance with the instructions given above.
Failure to pay the Participation Fee or any part thereof within the specified deadlines will result in the cancellation of participation in the Event.
Cancellation of participation in the Event means:
- loss of all preferential participation conditions granted,
- forfeiture of all previously made Participation Fee payments.
The data controller is DOHC VTEK s.r.o., based in the Czech Republic, 28. října 2663/150, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic. Providing data is voluntary, and the person providing the data has the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, delete data, object to processing, and file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority. The legal basis for processing the personal data provided in this form is voluntary consent, without which placing an Order is not possible.
